If a smartphone is not detecting your NFC card, review these checkpoints: (1) Ensure NFC is enabled in phone settings. (2) Tap the card at the top of iPhones (camera area) or the middle back of Android devices. (3) Ensure you are not tapping near thick metal cases or wireless charging coils which interfere with microchip signals.
